Interview with the commercial manager of Choice Aduanas

We conducted an interview with Rossana Delgado, so that you can get to know our commercial manager.

Q: How long have you been in the CHOICE group and where did you work before?
A: I have been working in the Choice group for 28 years. Previously I worked at BHP Tintaya SA.

Q: How much do the new customs reforms impact the market?
A: One of the latest best reforms is that everything is now digital; However, there are still regulations that must be reviewed and updated to the new world reality.

Q: What does it mean to be an AEO certified company and what are the benefits of working certified?
A: Being a company with AEO certification demonstrates the foresight to develop safe operations free of illegal acts, providing customers with confidence and security.

Q: What are the main challenges that Choice Customs currently faces and where is it headed in the short term?
A: The main challenge we currently face is the economic and political situation of the country. In the short term we aim to be one of the main customs agencies in Peru.
