Q: How long have you been at Choice Group and where did you work before?
A: I have been working at the Choice Group for 23 years. At Choice Cargo SAC from 2000 to October 2004 and from November 2004 to the present at Choice Customs.
Q: How do you evaluate and improve operational performance in your area?
A: Continuous evaluations of personnel and traceability in each operation, additionally with talks and training.
Q: How do you feel working at the Choice Group?
A: I feel very satisfied and grateful for all this time that the Choice Group has given me.
Q: What were the biggest challenges you faced in operations management?
A: One of the challenges is time, since everything is urgent, having work overload and, above all, coping with the stress of everyday life, wanting to continue learning by taking on new challenges, since it was not in my plans to take on the task. Head of the Operations Area.
