Q: How long have you been at Choice Group and where did you work before?
A: I have been working at Choice since 07/03/2023, before that I worked at Dachser (forwarder) for 11 months in the Customer service position, and at Aduanera Capricornio S.A. for 8 years in the position of import coordinator.
Q: How important is the advancement of technology in your day-to-day functions?
A: Very important, they are tools that help me do my work more easily, quickly and with a smaller margin of error.
Q: When we talk about comprehensive logistics services, does it only refer to the centralization of invoices or a culture of personalized attention?
A: Definitely a culture of personalized attention, when offering a comprehensive logistics service we must provide the client with a broader vision of the operation, anticipating the requirements they may have and providing the best solutions in terms of costs and time.
