Interview with the commercial executive of Choice Group

We conducted an interview with Jacqueline Espino, so that you can get to know our commercial executive.

Q: How many years have you been at Choice Group and where did you work before?
A: I have been at Choice Cargo for 10 years, I started as a Commercial Assistant centralizing resources and information to facilitate the work of salespeople, after 3 years they gave me the opportunity to work as a Commercial Executive which I have held until today. Previously I worked at UPS Courier as an operations supervisor and before UPS I worked at the Palacios Customs Agency as a Finance Assistant.

Q: How do you feel foreign trade has changed in the last 5 years?
A: Foreign Trade has undergone a notable change. I think this is due to the greater flow of resources and the technology revolution. The Internet has allowed many services to be more commercial and there is more logistical movement.

Q: How have you felt all these years working at the Choice Group?
A: Very good, it's like a family. Additionally, professionally, I have the opportunity and support to freely conduct business in Choice Group improvements.

Q: How are your goals for the coming months going?
A: Well, I think that in the foreign trade business, new sales strategies must always be created to increase the percentage of closed deals, have more accurate objectives that lead to achieving desirable results for the company.
