We conducted an interview with Karla Morán, so that they can get to know our import customer service.
Q: How long have you been at Choice Group and where did you work before?
A: I am 12 years old, I returned after 5 years, after being in an importing company. I realized that what I like most is the operational part of a freight agency. There is more variety. I can see everything from bringing a small box by air to bringing a giant piece for a mining project or a large yacht.
Working in a freight forwarding agency is vital to facilitating international trade and the efficient movement of goods around the world. Being part of this process and helping companies achieve their goals can be very rewarding.
Q: How do you feel working at the Choice Group?
A: Very comfortable. Choice has always been a school for me, although I did not start my career here, it helped me develop my skills in logistics, operations management, problem solving and customer service. Because of my personality, I really like the interaction with clients, customs agents and my colleagues.
Q: What is the strength of the operations team?
A: Focus on customer service, good problem and solution management, feedback and constant learning and experience.
