Dear customers,
We inform you that according to the provisions of SUNAT, all declarations from January 2025 will require the SWIFT BANK document for the accreditation of payment methods. Please note that customs requires linking the SWIFT document with the commercial invoice. If there is no means of proof of payment to the supplier, they will be fined 30% of the unsupported FOB value. For this purpose, it is recommended that all payments made to your suppliers indicate the invoice number as a reference and that the final beneficiary of the bank be the same name as your supplier in order to avoid charging commissions from banks and delays in customs clearance.
